EMEN-5900 (3) Research Methods and Experimental Design
Focuses on two areas: research methods and experimental design with a focus on industrial research and decision making. The research methods portion covers designing research studies of various types, from experimental to observational studies. The experimental design portion involves the design and analysis of single treatment factor experiments, One-Way designs and the related Analysis of Variance and Post Hoc analysis procedures for both continuous and discrete data using parametric and nonparametric analysis methods. Requisites: Requires prerequisite course of EMEN 5005 (minimum grade B). Restricted to College of Engineering graduate students only.
