EMEN-5500 (3) Lean and Agile Management

You will learn lean and agile concepts and tools to improve customer value, processes, and reduce waste. You will examine lean and agile principles in diverse circumstances including hardware/software, product development/ongoing operations, and manufacturing products/providing services. You will apply your learning to improving performance in current responsibilities, whether as an individual contributor or as a manager. Requisites: Restricted to College of Engineering graduate students only.
