MUSC-4001 (2) New Musical Styles and Practices
Explores a variety of music from the 20th and 21st centuries beginning with Stravinsky and moving through current trends. The course involves a mix an analysis/exploration of this music with short composition assignments imitating the different styles. Requisites: Requires prerequisite courses of MUSC 2111 and 2131 (all minimum grade D-). Restricted to College of Music (MUSCU) undergraduate students only.
