LAWS-7429 (2) Alternative Dispute Resolution

Examines a variety of dispute resolution processes, such as mediation, arbitration, minitrials, and court-annexed settlement procedures, as alternatives to traditional court adjudication. Credit not given for both LAWS 7419 Legal Negotiation and Dispute Resolution and this course. Requisites: Restricted to Law (LAWS) students only.
