Offers a clinical education course involving participation in the representation and advocacy of Indian causes -- land or water claims, Indian religious freedom, job or other discrimination based on race, and issues implicating tribal sovereignty. Requisites: Requires prerequisite or corequisite course of LAWS 7725 (minimum grade D-). Restricted to Law (LAWS) students only.
