LAWS-8021 (2-3) Consumers and the Law

Expands your understanding and analysis of contracts beyond the basic concepts you learn in your first-year Contracts course. We explore norms, goals, and functions of consumer law and also observe the law "in action" through a class blog and outreach with the Boulder County Department of Housing and Human Services ("BCDHHS"), who assists people throughout Boulder County with an array of financial, housing and other consumer issues.
