LAWS-6079 (4) Criminal Defense Clinic

Provides thorough grounding in problems of criminal defense. Students defend indigent misdemeanants. Develops working knowledge of courtroom skills, advocacy, and evidence presentation. Concludes with full mock trial. Requisites: Requires prerequisite or corequisite course of LAWS 6353 (minimum grade D-). Restricted to Law (LAWS) students only.
