Relates performance and limitations of solid state devices to their structures and technology. Examines semiconductor physics and technology. Includes Pn-junction, Mos, and optoelectronic devices. For both advance circuit and device engineers. Recommended prereq., ECEN 3320. Requisites: Restricted to any graduate students or Electrical/Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Concurrent Degree majors only.
