IPHY-5262 (3) Application of Bioinformatics and Genomics

Explore public websites, databases, and bioinformatic tools that can be used for analysis of genomic data. At the beginning of the semester, students will be provided a list of possible topics, which will be tailored to the participants? learning goals. In addition, students will develop a mini-grant proposal that is required to incorporate use of some of the tools covered. Fulfills one obligation for students in the Behavioral Genetics certificate program. Recommended prereq., IPHY 5200. Requisites: Restricted to Integrative Physiology (IPHY) or Psycology (PSYC) graduate students only.
