Examines the definition, scope, and methods of ethnomusicology, the discipline that focuses on approaches to the study of music theory, history, and performance practices of world cultures. Prerequisites: Requires prerequisite class of MUSC 2772 (minimum grade D-). Restricted to students with 57-180 credits (Junior or Senior) College of Music majors only.
