Using documents from actual real estate transactions, this course will focus on the drafting and negotiation skills required for the successful practice of real estate transaction law. Students will negotiate and draft actual real estate transactional documents. Prerequisites: Requires prerequisite course of LAWS 6004 (minimum grade D-).
