Highlights free and forced vibration of discrete and continuous systems. Examines Lagrange's equation, Fourier series, Laplace transforms, and matrix and computational methods. Applies knowledge to practical engineering problems. MCEN 4123 and ASEN 4123 are the same course. Same as MCEN 5123. Prerequisites: Requires prerequisite course of ASEN 3112 or MCEN 3030 (minimum grade C). Restricted to Aerospace Engineering (ASEN) majors only.
