Covers art represented in the most current international biennials (Documenta, Venice Bienale, Sao Paulo Biennial, Havana Biennial, Gwanju Biennial, and the Istanbul Biennial). Art will be analyzed by applying postmodern theory, postcolonial theory, and international theoretical perspectives that have not yet been integrated into Western thought. Same as ARTS 4327. Prerequisites: Restricted to graduate students only.
