Explores how to determine where an organization needs to focus its development efforts, how to develop and deliver an effective training program, and how to evaluate the impact of development programs on organizational effectiveness. Explores individual, team, and organization-wide development, including such topics as skills training, team building, and managing change. Prereq., BCOR 2150 or BCOR 2300.
