Introduces research on globalization and democratization from an interdisciplinary perspective. Examines ongoing interdisciplinary research on the global political economy. Students learn about ongoing research, critique current efforts, and design their own research project. Prereq., graduate standing in PSCI, ECON, GEOG, or SOCY.
