EDUC-4122 (2-3) Principles and Methods of Secondary Education

Presents and discusses issues in secondary school curriculum, instruction, assessment, and classroom management. Examines, analyzes, and evaluates a variety of teaching strategies, their effectiveness for students, and teacher dispositions to facilitate learning. Includes in-school experience. Restricted to students admitted to the secondary teacher education program. Prerequisites: Restricted to School of Education undergraduates only.
