ASTR 3730 and 3830 provide a year-long introduction to physical processes, observations, and current research methods in stellar, interstellar, galactic, and extragalactic astrophysics, with astronomical applications of gravity, radiation processes, spectroscopy, gas dynamics, and plasma physics.
