As the capstone course for the Real Estate Certificate program, students complete approximately 150 internship hours with a real estate company over the semester (approximately 10 hours per week). Students will develop an understanding of the roles business can play in society, and the options and limitations that consumers have to influence business by exerting their purchasing power.
