Focuses on the three main aspects of the hearing process: Sounds in the environment (physical acoustics), sounds encoded within the auditory system (physiological acoustics), and perception of sound(psychological acoustics). Examines writings by philosophers and art critics as they address the question: What is art for? An intensive introduction to both Persian philology and the contemporary novel. Textual analysis of texts ranging from complex to very complex will enable the students to gain a strong grounding in Persian literary texts.
