Offers experiential learning in theories and methods of field excavation at the Villa of Maxentius in Rome. Applies methods for stratigraphic excavation, electronic surveying with Gis, ceramic analysis, numismatic analysis, architectural construction materials and methods, artifact conservation and data processing and documentation.
